People willing to participate should carefully fill in the Registration Form from Jan 25,2013 on the web page of the workshop (http://nufact2013.ihep.ac.cn/), not later than August 5, 2013. (The registration page has been opened now, please click here)

(Indico system is used on the conference registration, create an Indico account first is necessary. The address is http://indico.ihep.ac.cn/userRegistration.py )

The registration fee can be paid via bank transfer (in US$) or by cash (in RMB only) at the registration desk upon arrival.

The early registration fee is 380 US$. After Jul.18, 2013, the registration fee is 420 US$. The onsite registration fee is 2600 RMB. Only Chinese currency RMB is acceptable for onsite payment. The registration desk will start operation on Aug. 18, 2013.

The registration fee covers meeting materials, six lunches, reception, banquet, coffee breaks, bus transfer from and to the hotel (Holiday Inn), and proceeding cost. No excursion is organized but a time slot will be reserved.  

For accompanying person who would join the reception and/or banquet, payment need be made at the registration desk.

Ways of payment are as below:

1. Bank transfer

In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference, your full name, your ID number(registration number) and the purpose of your payment and please make your money transfer payable to the following account and address:

• Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your own record.
• Banks quite often charge a certain percentage during the transfer process, you need to cover the gap by yourself if that happens.

Cancellation and Refunds

The NUFACT2013 Secretary(nufact2013@mail.ihep.ac.cn) should be notified in writing of cancellations:

• Before July 18, 2013: a refund of 50% of the full registration fee
• After July 19, 2013: no refunds

The Organizing Committee will be responsible for issuing visa application forms to the participants and their families. Please register for the workshop before you request the letter of invitation.
